Running Packages

The Running Packages are coached by Laura and Anna and they take inspiration from their own weekly training sessions to deliver a fully structured training programme that you will benefit from.

Train with Laura

Silver Package

£55 per month – Coached by Laura Weightman

  • Initial phone call to get to know you, your goals and what you want from the package.
  • Monthly training plan.
  • Monthly phone call to review training, discuss any concerns and plan next phase of training.
  • One weekly email to receive feedback and ask any questions.
  • General racing advice.

Gold Package

£75 per month – Coached by Laura Weightman

  • Initial phone call to get to know you, your goals and what you want from the package.
  • Monthly training plan.
  • One phone call every other week to review training, discuss any concerns and plan next phase.
  • Two weekly emails to receive feedback and ask any questions.
  • General racing plans advice.
  • Specific advice on warm-up and running drills to practise form and technique.
  • Basic runners circuit advice for injury prevention.

Personal one-to-one or group session visit

£150*

  • 90-minute sessions for an individual or group.
  • Sessions will give you the opportunity to be coached by an Olympic athlete.
  • Sessions will include a warm-up, specific running drills to develop form and mechanics, general technique work, supplementary conditioning, the main running session and then a cool-down.
  • The main running session can be tailored to your preferred terrain: track, grass, road, trail or hills.
  • Following the session, there will be time for a short Q&A.

*Please enquire for a specific quote as this price is dependent on location (mainly Yorkshire and the North East). Other areas can be arranged but are more limited.

Silver Package

£60 per month – Coached by Anna

• Initial consultation by phone/skype or in person
• Test week
• Weekly session plans (set through online training app)
• Injury prevention and technique enhancing strength sessions
• One phone call a week/unlimited emails or texts
• General racing advice

Gold Package

£90 per month – Coached by Anna (with Emma Gage)

  • Initial consultation by phone/skype or in person
  • Weekly session plans (set through online training app)
  • Injury prevention and technique enhancing strength sessions
  • One phone call a week/unlimited emails or texts
  • General racing advice
  • Test week for strength
  • Bespoke strength programme that will enhance your training, written by Emma Gage. This will be linked to your weekly plan and implemented by Anna Iley.
